Industry Council

The Industry Council (IC) consists of Technology Academy Finland’s corporate members. The Council promotes life-enhancing development of technology, scientific research and corporate activity by bringing companies, governmental organisations and the academic world together. As well as encouraging discussion of topics that are of immediate interest, the IC provides tools for developing operational functions and achieving an improved understanding of possible futures. For many companies, joining the Industry Council is also an indication of committing to the principles of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

Cooperation is vital in a small country such as Finland. Industry, state administration and science have a lot to offer each other. The Industry Council will participate in networking by organising events and discussion forums where the focus is on current issues.
